Georgie Girl wants you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags are still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Final sale items, swimwear, and intimates are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

Returns are accepted by mail only. To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@georgiegirl.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a confirmation along with the return mailing address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags.
  4. Ship the package back to us using the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Return Shipping Cost

Returns are completely free. Georgie Girl does not charge any return shipping fees, and no cost will be deducted from your refund for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.

If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@georgiegirl.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
