Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us at support@georgiegirl.shop as soon as possible with your order number, and our team will check if it's still possible.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don't see it within a few hours, contact us at support@georgiegirl.shop and we'll confirm your order status right away.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes an additional 4–7 business days depending on your location. In total, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date. For full details, visit our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Returns are by mail and completely free — we don't charge any return shipping fees. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@georgiegirl.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you the return mailing address and confirmation right away.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
The quickest way to get a different size or item is to return your original piece, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry for the trouble! Email us at support@georgiegirl.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
